Named year after year among the 50 Best Children’s Hospitals in the nation by U.S. News & World Report, Wolfson Children's Hospital, a part of Baptist Health in Jacksonville, Florida, is the regional pediatric referral hospital serving children throughout North Florida, South Georgia and beyond.

Named among the top three children's hospitals in Florida by Child magazine (2007), Wolfson Children's Hospital, a part of Baptist Health in Jacksonville, is the regional pediatric referral hospital serving children throughout Northeast Florida, Southeast Georgia and beyond. Because children have special health care needs, everything about our hospital is designed just for them.

One of only two children's hospitals in Florida to receive MagnetTM status, Wolfson is nationally recognized for excellence in patient care. Our outstanding nurses and staff work collaboratively with pediatric physicians from Nemours Children's Clinic, the University of Florida - Jacksonville, and the Northeast Florida Pediatric Society. These partnerships provide our patients with access to physicians in nearly every specialty of children's medicine. They also have resulted in the creation of programs with services more comprehensive than those available at any single institution, such as the joint adult/pediatric bone marrow transplant program developed by Baptist Health, Wolfson, Nemours, and Mayo Clinic.

Wolfson plays an important role in training America's next generation of pediatric professionals, serving as the main teaching facility for the UF/Jacksonville Pediatric Residency Training Program. Wolfson is also affiliated with a number of premier nursing programs, including those at the University of North Florida, Jacksonville University, Florida Community College at Jacksonville and Florida State University.

Wolfson is currently expanding its 180-bed facility, adding 70 new inpatient beds on three new floors of dedicated pediatric space and doubling our clinical research center.
